Sometimes this process repeats, making it long and arduous. As the leader of the Magnetoelectric Control Division R&D department, Huang has experienced every step of the R&D process for new energy vehicle control solenoid valve products and civil gas solenoid valve coil products. In 2017, the new energy vehicle control solenoid valve he led achieved a major breakthrough and successfully matched with internationally renowned automobile brands. In 2018, the successful development of a series of civil gas solenoid valve coil products such as DQ51, DQ55, and DQ70 further accelerated the Magnetoelectric Control Division's pace toward export. Among them, the new product development with a Fortune Global 500 company achieved sales of over 6 million in 2020, laying a solid foundation for expanding more customers and broader markets in the future.

Changing, improving, and enhancing the shortcomings of existing products, processes, and workflows to create new value is also a low-cost, high-efficiency innovation activity. During the waiting intervals of new product development, Huang actively carried out internal technical support activities. The introduction of automatic winding equipment not only saved labor costs of manual winding but also reduced raw material waste during the winding process; the new nylon injection molding technology broke through the limitations of the original BMC injection molding process; the winding machine is the core machine of the Magnetoelectric Division, and Huang led the team to improve the winding device of old winding machines, solving the problem of difficult winding in old equipment, which not only improved the utilization rate of old equipment and saved enameled wire materials, but also improved product performance.
