Chi Yinhua joined the company in 2005 and has worked diligently in the Gas Transmission and Distribution Division for 15 years. She has extensive experience in issuing and tracking non-standard gas orders, preparing gas transmission and distribution material requisition plans, managing all material requisitions, tracking, expediting, and other inventory management tasks, as well as monthly inventory counts, making her an indispensable backbone in the gas production process.

Her proficiency in her work was not innate. She recalls that when she first joined the company, like most new employees, she was very unfamiliar with her job responsibilities and found it difficult to get started, sometimes making small mistakes. However, she was not discouraged; instead, she quietly persevered, asking colleagues and supervisors whenever she didn't understand something, and whenever she made a mistake, she would record the process in her notebook after correcting it to avoid repeating the same error.

In this way, relying on her own perseverance, Chi Yinhua became increasingly adept at her job, progressing from making many mistakes at the beginning to performing flawlessly later on. She demonstrated through persistence what progress and growth truly mean.

During her 15-year career, with her high standards and strict requirements for herself, she was named an outstanding employee of the company three times. In 2016, she was selected for the company's third elite training program as a stepwise talent for further development, and her abilities were further enhanced.

When asked what drives her to continuously improve herself, she simply said one word—persistence. When she first joined the company, she often made mistakes due to unfamiliarity with the work, which delayed some work progress. She saw and remembered this, feeling quite guilty. From then on, she quietly demanded of herself to improve her work performance and not hold back her leaders and colleagues. It was this persistence that enabled her to grow into a backbone of gas production.

Chi Yinhua is one of many employees at Chunhui Smart Control. With a resilient heart, she fulfills her duties on an ordinary post, selflessly dedicates herself, constantly surpasses herself, and approaches her work and others with a proactive attitude. Zhang Ruimin, the founder of Haier Group, once said: "Doing every simple thing well is not simple; doing every ordinary thing well is extraordinary." Chi Yinhua's dream is to become such a person.
