Chunhui Intelligent Control Elite Class Phase V Series Training—Strategic Goal Management!

The warm early winter sun shone through the window onto the faces of the elite class students in the classroom, bringing a touch of warmth. In contrast to this warmth were the students“ passionate gazes, as they fixed their eyes on the large ”bald head” on the podium—this was the main lecturer for this course, Mr. Wang Yiming. With his rich knowledge, Mr. Wang Yiming brought us this course: “Goal Management Based on Strategy.”

The class was divided into four groups, and during the course, methods such as discussion, explanation, and case analysis were used to expand and then integrate the students’ thinking, imparting knowledge to them. The students also actively discussed the questions raised by the teacher, each expressing their own views. A red flag competition was held to facilitate competition among the groups.

Although the theme of the class was “Goal Management Based on Strategy,” the content describing strategy mainly emphasized “the importance of choosing the right strategy for an enterprise.” At the same time, through case studies, the three major strategies were introduced: the concepts of “Overall Cost Leadership Strategy,” “Differentiation Strategy,” and “Focus Strategy,” as well as the two main channels for enterprises to gain profits: “Strategic Profit” and “Managerial Profit.” Finally, through the expansion of strategic objectives, the topics of execution and management were discussed, giving students a clear understanding of strategic issues and goal-oriented management.

In the afterglow of the setting sun, the two-day elite class course came to a temporary end. The students, like withered sponges meeting water, absorbed the moisture of knowledge, subtly improving themselves.
